If you’re living in a residence hall, University of Minnesota Dining Services also suggests meeting the Residential Restaurant’s Food Service Director to review specific menu options.
Residential Restaurants Offer Gluten Free Options
All Residential Restaurants offer a Made Without Gluten Station that includes UDI’s gluten-free bread products, cereal and individual condiments. Made without gluten pizza dough is available during lunch at the made-to-order pizza station in Pioneer Restaurant and when pizza is available at the other residential restaurants.
