If you're living in a residence hall, UDS also suggests meeting the Residential Restaurant's Food Service Director to review specific menu options.

Residential Restaurants Offer Gluten Free Options
All Residential Restaurants offer gluten-free bread for customers upon request. Gluten-free pizza dough is available during lunch at the made-to-order pizza station in Pioneer Restaurant.
